Jessie Hammond is a young upcoming radio presenter from Prestatyn in North Wales. She hosts her own radio show called ‘Children Of The Dark’, her show is broadcast in the UK, USA, France & Canada. Jessie plays industrial metal, emo, heavy disco & indie style music all with a heavy beat & celebratory messages. Each song follows similar themes through lyrics, titles & melodies. No matter what the message though each show will be an absolute blast to listen too!
Now retired and being one of the many volunteers at Deal Radio I was given the opportunity to get back into the music presenting. So this old South London Soul Boy can bring you the music he loves. Motown. Although I have an eclectic taste in music, from Abba to ZZ Top and everything in between Motown has always been my favourite.
Paul has been in the music business for over 30 years playing in punk bands in the early 90’s ‘Psycho Sexual Sex Terrestrials’ & ‘GMX Stuns’ Both bands endured success releasing vinyl singles that led to national radio & TV airplay. Gmx Stuns also worked with the legendary Malcom Mclaren and also US Producer Kim Fowley. Paul has also worked as a major gig promotor, manager, mentor, Club & Radio DJ, Producer & Remixer. Radio remains his passion though and It was during the pandemic in 2020 that he decided to do his own show ‘Punk AF’. The show has gone from strength to strength and broadcasts on stations all over the world.
During his career, Mick's adaptability and good musical taste have been the secret of his success, taking in many different styles of soul music in all of its various forms, from Rare Groove & Disco through to Deep & Soulful House. As a guest DJ, he’s also been welcomed everywhere from international house nights like Soul Heaven & Defected in the House to old school hip-hop jams and original soul sessions.
My musical background was born in the post punk era of the late 1970s early to the mid-1980s. I was given a cassette player in 1978 and went out and bought Parallel Lines by Blondie and so began the journey which continues to this day...
Craig fell in love with radio presenting over nine years ago and that passion started him on the road to getting on air with stations in Peterborough and Fenland, and now across the UK with the syndicated version of the show. He has presented many shows across the daytime schedule including Mid-Morning, Afternoons, and Drivetime. When he’s not behind the Mic, Craig runs his own publishing and graphics business and tries to relax
Gary grew up north of Watford in a town called Sheffield. He has always loved music, especially in the heady days of punk, new wave and The Sheffield Sound. The first short-lived band he played in was called "The Crap". The second was with the band "Eddie Riff and the four skins", which consisted of lead guitarist Joe Elliot who went on to perform in the band Ded Leppard.
