I’m just a local chap who loves his music.
Originally from Oxfordshire, I moved down to Sunny Deal in 1970 and have lived in or very close to this lovely town ever since. It’s certainly a town to be very proud of, that’s for sure.
I began collecting records from around the age of 9 and it was there where my passion for music really began.
First single I ever bought? Alright, Alright, Alright by Mungo Jerry.
In my mid to late teens I found myself being introduced to a variety of rock bands by friends and work colleagues and started going to gigs extensively from the age of 16.
Fast forward now to 2023 and I find myself having been given the great privilege of playing all my favourite music for you, the listener, right here on Deal Radio. Although I’ve had no previous broadcasting experience, once I got the idea of wanting to do this in my head I decided that it was the right time in my life to set myself a challenge that would be both testing and enjoyable.

I started Foxyradio.com and have been immersed in that ever since. My show has been consistently charting in the top 1-5 positions in the Mixcloud radio charts, not bad for a beginner!
