Deal Radio is a global broadcasting platform based in South East Kent. Founded in 2016 we have taken huge strides, now reaching audiences from all over the world with our eclectic mix of professional quality content made by volunteers.
We aim to make sure that everyone who volunteers with us is trained to a professional standard no matter where they start. Even those who have never worked in a creative broadcasting environment will be able to confidently apply the skills they learn to any future endeavours.

Volunteering at Deal Radio means more than just creating a radio show or working in production. We make sure all of our volunteers have transferable, applicable skills.
At Deal Radio we support our volunteers every way we can when it comes to the content they want to make. with our team of professional and skilled amateur volunteers, we are here to help you take your idea from a simple concept to a fully realised piece of content you can be proud of.
Production handles the more technical aspects of a radio station. From the use of mixing desks and live broadcast programming, the Production crew is the backbone of the of our products. But don’t worry we put education at the forefront of what we do. We support every volunteer to assure they know exactly what they’re doing.
As an internet Radio Station, we work a lot on new and exciting forms of marketing. With each piece of content produced we work on everything from the core product to the advertising look in house. This means unique and ever-changing challenges from graphic design to event organisation. Every idea is appreciated.
